La Escuela de Idiomas D'Amore is open year-long except the Costa Rican National Holidays which are: N ew Years, Holy Thursday and Friday; Labor Day; Mother's Day; Independence Day; and Christmas Day. Classes can not be recuperated on these days. Classes begin on every Monday of the Year.

Admission is open to anyone 18 years of age or older, unless by special arrangement with the School, and traveling with their family. Students come from over26 countries around the world. No previous knowledge of Spanish is necessary. Levels range from absolute beginner to advanced speakers of the language. Before starting the course, students are interviewed in order to place them at the appropriate level. To allow for more individualized attention, enrollment is limited to 35 students monthly.
